AR Specialist

Key Job Accountabilities

Responsible for AR / AP Responsible for month-end closing and financial statements Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to the senior management team Liaise with customs brokers on customs clearance relating to import shipments Preparing the transfer pricing reports for audit purposes Full involvement and support in audit process Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiative Stock take control and internal auditing, aged inventory internal auditing Manage and provide ongoing training to accounting personnel Perform other tasks as delegated by the company from time to time

Requirements

2+ years work experiences in accounting or finance management fields in industrial manufacturing/Import-Export related environment Familiar with financial reporting per US GAAP and IFRS is preferred SAP or equivalent system experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong communication skills both verbal and written BILINGUAL (English & Chinese Mandarin) is a must Self-motivated, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving High attention to details and accuracy Proficient in MS Office
