Special Machining Process

Precision Honing 

Honing hole diameters range from 3mm to 50mm, tolerance 0.005mm 



We have full range of deburring capabilities including electrolytic deburring, thermal deburring and abrasive flow deburring. We employ advanced deburring technology for hydraulic, automotive and aerospace components with crossing holes and complex inner cavity to meet stringent deburring requirements.


Hard Turning

Our hard turning process enables us to machine parts with hardness over 58 HRC after heat treatment, maximum turning diameter of 20mm, dimensional tolerance 0.005mm, roughness Ra0.2μm


High Precision O.D. Grinding

The precision grinding capability is employed for shafts with diameter within 200mm, length within 400mm, diameter tolerance of 0.001mm.


High Precision I.D. & O.D. (Universal O.D. Grinding)

The precision grinding capability enables us to machine shafts with diameter within 350mm, length within 1000mm, roundness of 0.0004mm, and cylindricity of 0.001mm. Inner holes range from 3mm to 100mm.
