Situated on a piece of land of 2,476,027 square feet, Impro’s Phase One Project features a 1,200,000 square feet facility, including a Precision Machining Plant, a Sand Casting Plant, an Investment Casting Plant, an Aerospace Components Plant, and a Surface Treatment Plant.

Precision Machining Plant

Impro started its precision machining operations on a leased premise in San Luis Potosi, Mexico in July, 2016 serving OEMs customers in automotive and industrial equipment industries. With the completion of the new plant facility, we have expanded our capacity and capabilities to better serve existing and new customers.

Sand Casting Plant

Equipped with the latest technology of automatic molding and pouring lines, the sand casting plant houses iron green sand casting, heat treatment, painting and coating, secondary machining, inspection and cleaning operations.

Investment Casting Plant

The investment casting facility is dedicated to serve automotive and industrial customers’ product demand, offering investment casting, heat treatment, secondary machining, inspection, and cleaning.

Aerospace Components Plant

Currently under construction… Our Mexico aerospace components plant will provide investment casting, heat treatment, secondary machining, surface treatment, NDT, and other special processes. The aerospace components plant will also house precision machining capabilities working from bar stock, plates, ingots, billets, and forgings.

Surface Treatment Plant

Currently under construction… We are also establishing a Surface Treatment Plant to support our manufacturing needs in Mexico. Our plant will offer plating, coating and other processes.
