Impro Earns First EcoVadis Silver Medal After Three Consecutive Years of Bronze Recognition ,Further Recognition as Included in the MSCI Hong Kong Small Cap Index

This achievement places the Group among the top 15% of all companies evaluated, underscoring that its sustainability efforts have garnered high recognition and marked breakthrough progress from an internationally renowned professional institution. The Group previously received the EcoVadis Bronze Medal for three consecutive years.

In addition, MSCI announced the inclusion of Impro in Hong Kong Small Cap Index yesterday. The relevant changes will be effective after the market close on 27 February 2026 (i.e. officially effective on 2 March 2026).
