Impro Wins Hong Kong Economic Journal “Listed Company Awards of Excellence” the Fifth Time

December 12th, 2025

(Hong Kong, 11 December 2025) ― Impro Precision Industries Limited (“Impro” or the “Group”) (stock code: 1286), a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision, high-complexity, and mission-critical components, has once again won the “Listed Company Awards of Excellence” from the Hong Kong Economic Journal (HKEJ), a professional financial media, marking its fifth win of the recognition. Apart from reflective of the continuous endorsement of Impro by the capital market, the recognition also added to the long-held confidence in the Group’s future development.

Mr. Lu Ruibo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Impro, said, “We are very honored to receive the ‘Listed Company Awards of Excellence’ from HKEJ for the fifth consecutive year, which is an encouragement to Impro in continuing its mission of pursuing innovation and excellence, and exerting to become a global leader in the industry. Although the 2025 global economy continued to fluctuate amid uncertainty over US tariff policies and geopolitical tensions, the Group has maintained strong operational resilience applying its strategic advantages, namely ‘Global Footprint’, ‘Region-for-Region Manufacturing’ and ‘Dual Source Production’. It has also been able to keep boosting its performance by capitalizing on growth opportunities in the artificial intelligence market, and the share price also surged by approximately 1.5 times this year. Going forward, the Group will continue to vigorously expand various end-markets, especially those for artificial intelligence-related products, and improve the operational efficiency of each region, as well as consolidate the foundation of its core business, so as to bring sustained and stable returns to shareholders.”

The “Listed Company Awards of Excellence” organized by the HKEJ is in its 10th year. Each year, candidate companies are selected using EJFQ, the stock-tracking system developed by and exclusive to HKEJ, then evaluated based on four main criteria: Piotroski F-Score, the number of professional analysts providing investment ratings, share price performance, and corporate financial performance. The selected are then reviewed by professional consultants, industry leaders, and a judging panel  through a professional, objective, and rigorous evaluation process. The listed companies that afford outstanding performance and deemed award-worthy are all considered having significant investment value. The Awards provides investors with valuable reference, as such can help create more fruitful investment opportunities while allowing more people from various sectors to better understand the winning companies.
