Finance Manager/Accountant in our Luxembourg Office

Key Job Accountabilities
Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, analysis, budget, forecast, risk management, tax, treasury, statutory audit, etc.; Prepare monthly financial reporting to group headquarters within the prescribed reporting time table; Prepare and submit all VAT and profits tax and any other statutory filings within the deadline; Manage & control accounts receivable & inventory balance with customers, intercompany and 3rd party warehouse/logistics providers; Reconcile intercompany accounts, bank transactions and other subledger accounts at least on a monthly basis; Work with external auditors to prepare and file annual statutory financial accounts in accordance with IFRS; Prepare quarterly and annual budgets and related variance analysis; Other tasks as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline Qualified accountant with minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory level, preferably in MNC environment, Big 4 audit experience is a plus Ability to handle full sets of books and accounting operations and work under pressure Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English and Putonghua; additional language skills in German and French are desirable Passionate, mature and independent Excellent team spirit, independent work ethic, reliability, and high resilience Candidates with more experience will be considered as the role of Finance Manager
