This marks an important step in broadening our investor base and enhancing trading liquidity, while also strengthening Impro’s market visibility in both the mainland and international capital markets. The inclusion also reflects strong capital-market endorsement of Impro’s investment value and business performance. Looking ahead, we look forward to engaging with a broader and more diverse range of investors, while continuing to implement our ‘Global Footprint’, ‘Diversified End-markets’ and ‘Twin Growth Engine’ strategies to create sustainable returns for our shareholders.”
The Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect were launched in 2014 and 2016, respectively, enabling investors in the relevant mainland markets to trade eligible Hong Kong-listed stocks under Southbound Stock Connect. In 2025, the average daily turnover under Southbound Stock Connect reached HK$121.1 billion, accounting for approximately 24% of the average daily turnover of the Hong Kong stock market.
