(Hong Kong, 23 December 2021) – Impro Precision Industries Limited (“Impro” or the “Group”) (Stock Code: 1286), a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision, high-complexity and mission-critical casting and machined components, is pleased to announce that the Group has won the “Listed Companies with Most Investment Value” award at the 2021 Sina Finance Golden Kirin Best Hong Kong and US Listed Companies Awards, organized by Sina Finance. The accolade highlights the Group’s outstanding performance as well as the recognition it has received from the market and investment community for its investment value and growth potential.
Mr. Lu Ruibo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Impro, said, “2021 has been a critical year for Impro. As the global economy has continued on its path to recovery, market demand has been picking up. In the first half of the year, the Group achieved remarkable results, with new orders from the automotive and industrial end-markets reaching new highs. Revenue from the automotive end-market grew significantly by 50.2% year-on-year, and revenue from the industrial and others end-markets also rose by 27.9% year-on-year. Furthermore, the Group actively increased its production capacity and strengthened its business footprints, which included the expansion of its production lines to North America and the construction of its Mexico SLP Campus. As a result, the Group has been able to serve global customers in a timely manner, reduce the pressure on delivery and transportation costs, and avoid tariff and supply chain risks. Hence, both its service and operational capabilities have been enhanced. In the future, the Group will further increase its efforts in innovation and continue to improve the quality of its products and services so as to bring longer-term and satisfactory returns to investors.”
The Sina Finance Golden Kirin Best Hong Kong and US Listed Companies Awards has been held twice since 2018, with more than 1,000 companies having participated, and approximately 150 awards presented.
