(17 June 2026, Hong Kong) — Impro Precision Industries Limited (the “Group” or “Impro“) (Stock Code: 1286), a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision, high-complexity and mission-critical components, won the “Best IR Company” award at the 12th Investor Relations Awards (IR Awards), organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA), in recognition of its outstanding investor relations management. This accolade not only fully acknowledges the Group’s excellence in investor relations practices but also highlights its close ties with the capital markets.

Mr. Lu Ruibo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Impro, said, “Impro has always been committed to implementing efficient investor relations management, and firmly believes that establishing effective communication with investors is a cornerstone of the Group’s long-term development. To this end, the Group maintains close connections with institutional investors, fund managers and financial analysts, and is honored that these efforts have been highly recognized by the industry and the market. Going forward, the Group will continue to enhance its investor relations practices, deepen two-way communication with the capital markets, ensure timely and transparent information disclosure, and create greater value for all stakeholders.”

Since launching the IR Awards in 2015, HKIRA has been committed to promoting the professionalization of investor relations and enhancing the corporate governance standards of listed companies. The awards aim to recognize listed companies and professionals who have demonstrated excellence in the field of investor relations, thereby promoting best practices within the industry. The 12th Hong Kong Investor Relations Awards in 2026 received extensive support from listed companies and the investment community, with over 100 companies participating. Award-winning listed companies were first nominated by the public, and then selected through online voting by eligible voters comprising buy-side and sell-side investors. This year, approximately 1,000 investors from Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas financial institutions cast their votes. The award-winning companies and individuals have set benchmarks for the investment community through their high standards of investor relations practices, earning strong recognition from the capital markets and professional investors.
